Piri Piri Marinade.
I Just Love Piri Piri, the freshness it brings from the limes, the heat that comes from the chilies and the kick that gives to a well cooked Chicken just fascinates me. But, enough with me and my taste buds, let’s get on with the Recipe.
Ingredients:
Zest and Juice from 2 limes
1 Tbs Apple Vinegar
2 ts Ground Cayenne Pepper
2 Serrano Chilies, seeded, Chopped
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Method:
In a Blender, add all the dry ingredients, as soon as the mixture becomes a paste, add the Lime Juice, let the juice blend in and start adding the Olive Oil slowly slowly in order to get a Dressing like texture. Use the Piri Piri as a Marinade and enjoy it!
