What Is is about cooking contests that make all the homecooks tremble? What is it that makes us professionals make it look like it’s just like every other day at the “office”? Well that’s easy to answer: practice. Just like every other profession in this beautifu ll world that we live in, professional cooking has it’s perks and one of it is reproduction. That’s exactly what we are actually doing every other day. Working on the same menus, same recipes, same type of work.
