Roasted Chicken
Ingredients:
1 medium size chicken (approximately 2 kilos)
4 liters Poultry Brine
Corn oil, as needed
Method: Wash the chicken well and put it in the chilled brine. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Discard the brine and rinse the chicken with water. Rub the chicken with corn oil and add it in a roasting pan. Roast in a preheated ovenĀ at 160 degrees Celsius for 1 hour while basting occasionally. When the time is due, check if the chicken is cooked, in order to do that, pull one of the leg’s bones, if the chicken is cooked, the bone should just come out easily. Enjoy!
