Yield: 5 liters

Ingredients:

5 lt water

3 lemons, halved

1/2 bunch parsley

1/2 bunch thyme

1 garlic, halved

10 bay leaves

30 gr black pepper corns

200 gr salt

Method: Add all the ingredients in a large stock pot and bring to a boil, continue boiling for about a minute while stirring in order to dissolve the salt. Turn off the heat and chill, refrigerate before use.
