Cannelloni Bolognese
Ingredients:
20 Pancakes
1 kg strained Bolognese
500 gr Tomato Sauce
1 kg Bechamel
300 gr Grated Parmesan
Basil Pesto, as needed
Fill the Pancakes with bolognese and roll them to create filled tubes,while rolling, push the filling using your fingers in order to fill the cannelloni evenly. In a roasting pan, pour the tomato sauce and spread it to cover the pan’s bottom. Add the prepared cannelloni on top of the tomato sauce and fill the pan. Pour enough Bechamel sauce on top of the cannelloni to cover them and add the grated Parmesan on top. Cook in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes, or until the cheese melts and becomes a crust. Let the cannelloni cool down for 5 minutes and serve on a platter of your choice. Drizzle with pesto and Enjoy!
