Yield: 950 ml pesto

Ingredients:

250 gr Basil leaves, coarsely chopped

300 gr toasted pine nuts

7-8 garlic cloves, minced

Salt, as needed

320 ml olive oil

220 gr grated Parmesan

Method:

In a food processor, add the basil, pine nut and garlic. Grind everything together while gradually adding the olive oil until the mixture forms a thick paste. Taste and season with salt. Stir in the Parmesan.  The pesto is now ready to useparmesan-garlic-baslikium-pine-nuts.jpg. Enjoy!
