Asian Barbecue Sauce
Yield: 400 gr
Ingredients:
200 gr yellow bean sauce
200 gr hoi sin sauce
40 gr sugar
10 gr sesame oil
Ground white pepper, as needed
50 gr light soy sauce
Method:
Add all the ingredients except the pepper in a bowl and stir well, season with white pepper and taste, add more if needed. Use this sauce immediately or keep refrigerated for up to 10 days.
