Pancakes!
Yield: 20-30 pancakes
Ingredients:
4 eggs
480 ml heavy cream
230 ml milk
230 gr all purpose flour
5 gr salt
Method:
Combine the the eggs, milk and cream and beat using a whisk until blended. Sift the flour and salt into a bowl. Add the wet ingredients and whisk until all the ingredients are blended into a smooth batter. Strain the batter to remove any lumps.
Preheat a buttered pan over medium heat and add a small amount of the pancake batter. Swirl the pan to cover it’s bottom with batter. Cook over medium heat. when set, tun over and cook the other side. Use your preferred filling to fill the pancakes and enjoy!
Notes:
for sweet pancakes. add 60 gr sugar and 5 gr vanilla extrct
