Maitre d’hotel Butter and variations

Ingredients:

500 gr butter, room temperature

1/4 bunch parsley, chopped

Juice of half lemon

Salt, as needed

Pepper, as needed

Preparation:

Mix the butter with all the ingredientsĀ  in a bowl or a mixer until is soft, taste and add salt and pepper if needed. The mixture is ready to use or you can give it shape and chill for later uses.

Variations:

Tarragon butter: Replace the parsley with the needed quantity of fresh tarragon

Oregano Butter: Replace the butter with the needed quantity of oregano, preferably fresh

GarlicĀ  butter: Instead of lemon juice, add 3 cloves of garlic, minced

Herb Butter: Chop a mixture of herbs and replace them with the parsleyfood-vegetables-wood-knife.jpg
