Greek Cheese dip
Ingredients:
200 gr Greek yogurt
200 gr feta cheese
300 gr mizithra cheese
300 gr goat cheese
10 gr salt
5 florina peppers
20 gr olive oil
20 gr pine nuts
2 gr minced garlic
Preparation:
Cook the peppers on the stove’s fire until they become soft and skin them with a small knife. Seed the prepared peppers and finely chop them. In a bowl, crumble the cheeses, add all the ingredients and mix well.
