Bluefin Tuna Tartare
My Favorite appetizer, a simple yet delicious food that makes any foodie remember it for a long long time .

Let’s start with the Ingredients
400 grams Bluefin Tuna, finely chopped
2 tsp chopped onions
2 tsp finely sliced scallions
1 tsp chopped parsley
1 tsp chopped cilantro
2 tsp capers, cut in half
1 tsp chopped chives
1 tbsp ponzu sauce
Drops of sesame oil
salt
pepper
Combine the tuna with the herbs , onion and capers, add the ponzu sauce and mix well, add salt and pepper according to your taste preferences.As soon as you finish mixing and plating, drizzle with the sesame oil. Garnish with some baby arugula , a chopped salad from fresh veggies like tomatoes, cucumbers and onions, and Enjoy!
