Creamy Tahini Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup tahini paste
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup water
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cumin
Fresh parsley or cilantro leaves,for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, whisk together tahini paste, lemon juice, and water until smooth.Add minced garlic, salt and cumin to the bowl and whisk until well combined.
If the dip is too thick, add a little more water until you reach your desired consistency.
Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro leaves, if desired.
Serve immediately with fresh vegetables, pita bread, or crackers.
