Grilled chicken marinated in lemon.
Ingredients:
8 chicken thighs, boned, skin on
Marinade:
Zest of a Lemon
Juice of 2 lemons (approx 120 gr)
4 thyme sprigs
2 garlic cloves, minced
100 ml olive oil
Salt to taste
Crashed black pepper corns to taste
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients of the marinate and add them in a container with the chicken. Refrigerate over night. Discard the marinade and cook the marinade either on a grill pan or on charcoal. Enjoy!
Tips: Serve with Potato Wedges and a green salad with Balsamic Dressing as sides
