Sous Vide/ Roasted Veal Loin
Ingredients:
1 2 kg veal loin
60 gr Butter
3 Thyme Sprigs/ 1 tbspĀ dried thyme
10 pepper corns
Salt, as needed
1 garlic clove, peeled
Method:
Rub the Veal with salt, thyme, butter and pepper, seal in a vacuum bag and sous vide at 52 Celcius for 1 1/2 hours. Take the veal off of the vacuum bag and cook in a preheated oven at 200 Celcius for 15 minutes. After roasting, let the veal rest for 15 minutes and carve, serve with your preffered sides and Enjoy!
