Chimichurri is a paste originated from Latinpexels-photo-461428.jpeg America, and can be used in various ways like marinating meat before cooking or using it as a side sauce. Chimichurri has many variations when it comes to recipes and spiciness.

Ingredients:

8 garlic cloves, minced

3 bay leaves

2 jalapeno chilies , seeded and chopped

1 tbs salt

1 tbs chili flakes

1/2 bunch coriander, chopped

3/4 bunch parsley, chopped

1/2 bunch fresh oregano, chopped

4 tbs white wine vinegar

100 ml olive oil

Yield: 400 ml

In a blender , add the garlic, bay leaves jalapenos, salt, chili flakes. coriander, parsley, oregano and one tablespoon of the vinegar. Mix everything until they become a paste. Put the blender in low speed and slowly add the rest of the liquids. Keep the chimichurri refrigerated for a week.
